Returns Policy
Damaged Upon Arrival -
If the item/items are damaged upon receipt of the order this must be reported within 7 days of the order being delivered. The item would need to be unused and images and a description provided via email. Once the information and images have been received they will be reviewed and the appropriate resolution will be offered.
Returns Due to No Longer Wanted-
If the item or items are no longer wanted or needed they can be returned within 14 days of the order being delivered to you. The item/items must be unused and in the brand new condition. Once the items have been returnd to me i will check over the items returned and if they are found to be in used condition they will not be refunded. This is due to sanatiry reasons. Customer must cover the cost for the items to be returned if they are no longer wanted. Delivery will not be refunded, only the value paid for the item at the time of purchase.
Faulty Items
Customers have 30 days to report any faults with items and must contact me via email with a description and images of the fault. Once these have been recieved and reviewed , the appropriate resolution will be offered. I do not accept an item which as been chewed by your pet as a fault. If the item has become faulty due to misuse a return or refund will not be offered.
Lost in Transit
If your order is lost or damaged in tranist i will review and chase it first with the courier. If the order cannot be delivered i will either offer to refund or replace the order. Please allow for your expected delivery date to have passed before contacting me. At times the couriers can be late delivering parcels due to busy periods, if your order arrives later than the delivery date due to courier fault i will not refund the delivery cost. If the order is not delievered due to the customer not entering the correct address , this will not be resolved by the company.
Collar Is Too Large
If your collar is too large for your pet , please let me know as soon as possible. The collars can be sent back to me and adjusted accordingly to fit your pet. Please ensure you have checked the size chart before purchasing. The charge for adjusting the collar to the correct size is £2.99, this is to cover the cost of postage back to you. The customer must also cover the postage cost to send the collar / collars back to me.
